  In 2008 we initiated contact with  Kim Barnes, as part of our annual visit to ASTD, which later resulted into CDO Consulting Group as exclusive representative of Barnes & Conti in Chile. This made it so we had to certify our consultants in each one of the programs that B&C has developed, such as: Excersicing Influence, Managing Innovation, Problem Solving (Puzzles, Mysteries, and Muddles), among others.

  CDO Consulting Group is an exclusive agent  in Chile for LIFO International and member of the Business Consultants Network, subsidiary of Business Consultants Inc. (BCon), one of the largest consultant companies in Asia. Through its global network of consultants and certified agents, we support the organizations in solving  problems, improve their performance and increase satisfaction both for their employees as well as for their clients.

The  LIFO® method is an applied behavioral science system, that promotes success for individuals and teams, allowing them to identify their behavioral styles in normal and stressful conditions, to concentrate in developing their particular strengths.
  The Max Lüscher Institute of Chile, which main office is located within the premises of CDO Consulting Group, was inaugurated on September 3rd 2004, at the Deans office, Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Chile. 

It is a non-profit organization, whose main goal is to promote and apply the works of Professor Max Lüscher, specially Color Psychology, Chromatic tests and the development of Regulatory Psychology. For this, we are supported by Professor Lüscher and supervised by its italian disciple Nevio Del Longo.
The Institute is also supported by the Department of Psychology of the University of Chile and by the Chilean College of Psychologists. Its founding directory is composed by Professor Max Lüscher as honorary director, and Nevio Del Longo as honorary vice president. The current president is Rogelio Díaz, founding partner of CDO CG and Professor at the University of Chile.
 

CDO Consulting Group is member of IODA (International Organization Development Association) which is an international network of professionals in Organizational Development, consultants, professionals and social scientists.  This non-profit association has members in several countries which are starting and supporting processes of organizational change worldwide.

IODA is dedicated to support and strengthen the principles of organizational development internationally through research, academic OD programs, tutoring among peers, training networks and exchange of knowledge, international projects, and cultural exchange.
