Throughout the complex process of promoting changes in organizations, we accompany our clients in learning new approaches, facilitating the alignment of shared visions within the different sections, working around the dynamics of their processes and the demands of its members, as a function of corporative objectives.

Improvement of the Organizational Environment
We know that having highly motivated people in each of their functions has great impact on the levels of productivity in an organization. We have proven experience in positioning companies within the Best Places to Work. This is a challenge for which we are qualified and prepared, through previously evaluated methods oriented at reducing work absenteeism and rotation.

We have training plans for working teams in which interdependence is a substantial variable. We develop teams that can consistently satisfy the needs of clients, employees, shareholders and others within their area of influence, and whose results frequently out compete those of teams that elaborate similar products in similar conditions.

We counsel the Executive Board of companies and institutions in the carrying out of their strategic plan in the short, mid and long term.
We provide all our knowledge and experience in the use of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology, such as supporting the successful implementation of the strategy in the organizations.

Management Quality Systems for Small and Mid-Sized Companies
We provide management tools for small and mid-sized companies, looking at complying with the standards of the Chilean Norm 2909 (NCH 2909).
We outline a Quality Model according to the vocation and business area for each company, within the frame of an Integral Management Program for Small and Mid-sized companies.

Development of Providers and Distributors
We establish strategic management parameters that moderate the delivery of added value throughout the company’s complete productive process.
We look at strengthening the chain of value by generating products and/or services, and support them in complying with the “promise of quality”, analyzing their levels of competence and the feedback that they currently have from their providers and distributors.


Management by Competences
We counsel the implementation of an integrated management system for the capacities of the people within an organization, with the goal of permanently improving their performance and/or build (or develop) competitive advantages based on the people within the Company. Considers the analysis of strategic capacities, the empirical identification of competences profiles of high performance people, the systematic measurement of competences and their articulation with the different subsystems of human resources, for the customer’s specific requirements.

We establish a management system, directly related to the needs and opportunities of companies.
In order to do this, we develop policies, plans and instruments that allow the alignment of the behavior of the members of the organization, in the context of the strategy defined at the organizational level.

Training and Formative Management
Our experience has allowed us to develop a successful Training Model Oriented to Results. In this way, and taking into account the internal policies of the organization, we manage to satisfy the requirements of corporative training plans and programs for the organization.
