Diagnosis
of the Organizational Environment

CDO Consulting Group performs studies that consider both the qualitative
and quantitative dimensions of the image, the concept that people have
and their satisfaction with respect to different variables within the
organization.
This approach points at obtaining a deep knowledge of the perceptions
and the level of commitment of the employees, as well as establishing
baselines, measuring effects and orient organizational interventions,
through an analysis that guarantees valid and trustworthy results.
Diagnosis of the Organizational Culture
Our focus is centered on a qualitative analysis that
aims at acknowledging the values and the ways in which the members of
the organization operate or function.
In parallel, we design and manage surveys to establish inconsistency parameters
among the principles of the organizational culture defined by the High
Administration and its current characteristics, facilitating the implementation
of more precise aligning actions.
Analysis of the Structure of Positions
We evaluate the division and coordination of the functions
within the company, in order to detect if it contributes partially or
completely to the accomplishment of the strategic objectives.
In virtue of the results of the analysis, we propose a redesigning of
the organizational structure and the definition of positions, to increase
productivity and competitive potentials.
Detection of Training Needs
Starting from an evaluation and analysis of the competences
demanded by the different job activities and roles, we evaluate the existing
gaps. We then develop a report in which we do a hierarchy of the training
priorities and the way to integrate them rationally, in virtue of the
goals of the organization.
